Position: Software QA/QC Engineer
Level: Middle/ Junior
We are seeking a talented Software QA/QC Engineer to join our team at Phygital Labs. As a key member of our phygital solution, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of software products.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations, delivering the product success;
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts including functional, regression, and performance acceptance tests;
- Have complete responsibility for enhancing end-to-end automated test coverage;
- Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity;
- Document and collect data, report status, track, and monitor defects;
- Work closely with the team to build product quality standards.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience in software design and development;
- Understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies, including manual, automation, integration, and performance testing;
- Good programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Go, Java or other relevant languages;
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit) is a plus;
- Experience in test automation for API and web applications; mobile testing is a plus;
- Enthusiastic about technology, building and delivering high quality products;
- Diligent and detail-oriented in all aspects of work;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
