Position: DevOps Engineer
Level: Middle / Junior
- Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations Management
- Responsible for DevOps processes, including automation of CI/CD pipelines and system deployments.
- Work closely with the development team to build monitoring stacks to monitor the application performance, to trace and troubleshoot application issues, keeping the system operating with high availability and performance.
- Manage cloud server infrastructures to ensure seamless operation and secure data handling.
Security & Integration
- Develop and enforce security protocols, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Security Pipelines, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Monitor system vulnerabilities and address security risks proactively.
Collaboration Enhancement
- Provide mentorship and skill development opportunities for team members.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align technical operations with business strategies.
- Research and apply automation methodologies into operational procedures.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Managing infrastructure budget and planning for cost optimization.
- Monthly report, analysis and plan to optimize the system performance.
- Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical operations, including DevOps and system management.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of server management, Linux systems, and database technologies.
- Familiarity with vendor evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in blockchain-based secure transaction systems.
- Understand and have awareness in data security.
- Interested in implementing open source software tools to adapt the company operations.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities for vendor management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
