Overview

Job Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with the Business Division and Technology Division to develop procurement plans and budgets.
- Search for, evaluate, and develop a network of IT vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate with partners and suppliers to optimize commercial terms and conditions.
- Prepare procurement documents and contracts, and manage the ordering and contracting process.
- Monitor supply and delivery schedules and resolve issues arising during the procurement process.
- Coordinate product/service acceptance, handover, and resolution of issues or feedback with suppliers.
- Develop and manage tracking plans for products and services provided by each partner/supplier.
- Monitor and follow up on payment and outstanding liabilities to ensure timely settlement.
Partner & Market Management
- Conduct market research and keep updated on IT products and services.
- Develop and expand the company’s partner and supplier network.
- Participate in partner consultation, communication, and relationship management activities.
- Manage partner/supplier cooperation programs such as Partner Portal, MDF, rebate, refund, membership fee renewal, and other related activities.
- Update vendor procurement policies and relevant legal regulations applicable to the IT sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3–4 years of experience in IT procurement, partner management, import/export, or commercial contract administration.
- Good understanding of domestic and international procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of the IT market and IT products/services.
- Fluent English with strong four-skill proficiency and the ability to communicate and negotiate directly with international suppliers.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and policies related to import/export, contractor tax, and customs clearance.
- Strong interest in commercial contract negotiation.
- Ability to identify, develop, and maintain business partnerships.
- Knowledge of security and electronic equipment is an advantage.
