ABOUT THE JOB
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements from business stakeholders and end users.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify pain points, and translate them into clear functional and system requirements.
- Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements and expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, facilitate requirement workshops, and drive requirement clarification and decision-making.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose appropriate system solutions, particularly for Insurance and Financial Services applications.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Functional Specification
- Business/Process Flow
- Use Cases / User Stories
- Wireframes
- Acceptance Criteria
- Analyze system integration requirements and support API/interface analysis between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support QA teams in test scenario clarification and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue clarification.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, Review, and Retrospective ceremonies.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including working directly with business users, clients, and technical teams.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, challenge, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Solid experience creating BA documentation such as BRD, SRS, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of business processes and system flows within enterprise applications.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or data mapping is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools is an advantage.
