ABOUT THE JOB
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital solutions.
- Analyze and map current business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare clear and detailed documentation including BRD, SRS, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and process flows.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
- Support solution design discussions, review functional specifications, and ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and insurance industry standards.
- Collaborate with QA teams during SIT/UAT phases, assist in defining test scenarios, and support users during testing activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide insights related to insurance products, policy administration, claims, underwriting, or related processes to support system enhancements and new initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, IT, Information Systems, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or banking or financial domain.
- Strong ability to write structured, detailed, and clear technical documentation.
- Good understanding of insurance or financial business processes.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, MS Office) and diagramming tools (Figma, Visio, Lucidchart).
- Good command in English and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
