Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. Behind our success is our people. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 1000% in just under 3 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer lifetime value.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to own the growth of our global network of UGC models: the on-camera creators behind the video content for our fashion product lines, sold to US consumers. You will set the creator acquisition strategy, build a scalable outbound engine, close partnerships with creators and talent agencies, and be accountable for the number and quality of active creators we add every month. This is a hunter role with full ownership, from market mapping to signed partner.

Creator Acquisition Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

• Own monthly and quarterly UGC creator acquisition targets and the full funnel: leads, conversations, paid trials, activated creators and cost per activated creator.
• Define the creator profile by product line (look, age, body type, niche, content style, market) and prioritize which segments and geographies to hunt in, with a focus on the US.
• Design and scale multi-channel outbound: social DMs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), cold email sequences, calls, creator marketplaces and UGC platforms, communities and referral programs.
• Work with Marketing to plan and optimize recruitment lead-gen campaigns on Meta & TikTok, and own the budget and CAC for creator acquisition.

Sales Execution & Partnership Closing

• Pitch Crossian’s creator program and convert creators at scale into paid trials and long-term collaborations. Handle objections and negotiate rates within approved economics.
• Build and close partnerships with model agencies, talent management companies and creator networks to unlock creators in bulk.
• Structure creator partnership models (per-video, monthly retainer, volume tiers, performance bonuses) that balance cost, content quality and retention.
• Secondary scope: support sourcing of product video studios when needed.
• Make sure contracts are signed and payment terms are clear. Coordinate with Accounting and Legal on escalations.

Performance Management

• Track and report funnel KPIs weekly. A/B test channels, messaging and offers to improve conversion and cost per creator.
• Match creator supply to content demand from brand teams, and forecast needs by product line, season and campaign.
• Manage the creator portfolio: tiering by performance, renewals, reactivating inactive creators and replacing low performers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• 5+ years in business development / sales, with at least 2 years in outbound, target-driven roles acquiring creators, influencers, affiliates, sellers or similar partners at scale, ideally in international markets (US preferred).
• A proven track record of building or scaling an acquisition funnel from scratch and consistently exceeding volume targets. Be ready to share concrete numbers.
• Expert in high-volume outreach (DMs, cold email, calls) and multi-touch follow-up. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the creator economy, UGC and social content, with an eye for what looks natural and credible on camera for a US audience.
• Excellent English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent). Confident communicating with US creators across time zones.
• Hands-on with CRM, outreach automation, creator discovery tools and data-driven funnel optimization.
• Experience with Meta/TikTok lead-gen ads is a strong plus. Fashion/apparel background is a plus. Mandarin is a nice-to-have.
• Owner mindset, resilient and commercially sharp. Thrives with high autonomy in a fast-paced startup.
