About The Role
CoderPush is looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive experiences for complex, data-driven digital products, including financial platforms, enterprise applications, and CRM systems.
You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to turn user needs and complex business requirements into clear, scalable experiences, from discovery to delivery.
What You Will Do
Design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and desktop, including User Flow, Wireframe, Prototype, UI, and Interaction.
Design complex, data-rich interfaces such as dashboards, tables, forms, filters, and multi-step workflows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify pain points and improve product experiences.
Work closely with Product, BA, Business, Engineering, QA, and Data teams to turn requirements into practical UX solutions.
Build and maintain Design Systems and support Design QA and developer handoff.
Present design solutions to clients, gather feedback, and drive alignment.
Consider security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance when designing products handling sensitive or financial data.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design.
Strong portfolio showing experience with complex digital products, such as FinTech, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or Enterprise/B2B applications.
Strong understanding of Information Architecture, User Flow, and data-heavy interfaces.
Experience with Figma and Design Systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Compliance with CoderPush’s information security, data protection, and confidentiality policies, including ISO 27001-aligned practices and internal security requirements.
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Experience working with international clients or consulting teams.
Familiarity with accessibility and frontend implementation constraints.
Be able to onsite at No.5 Le Duan, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
