Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective clients to ensure the technical win
Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on-site visits.
Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation
Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations
Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in Project’s statement-of-work (SOW) documents in support of system quotations.
Maintain high conformity working with sales teams
Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams
