- 1-3 Years of relevant experience in software engineering or product developer
- Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready products.
- Good product and UI/UX sense, with a focus on simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Fast learner who embraces new tools, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a small team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mindset and a bias toward getting things done.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, databases, networking, and security.
- Experience building and operating reliable, scalable production systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, and modern deployment workflows.
- Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into real-world products.
- Contributions to open-source projects, personal projects, or other work that demonstrates engineering craftsmanship.
