- Min 7 years experience in Data analysis/ Business analysis/ Strategy planning or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement.
