Job description

• We are looking for a Mid/ Senior Product Manager with strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and proven experience to lead the development or growth of our core products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from identifying user needs and defining product strategy to execution and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, development, launch, evaluation, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance to inform decisions.
• Ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with data security standards.
• Lead initiatives for market expansion, including product localization and user growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Solid understanding of software development, infrastructure, and information security.

• Experience working with multi-platform applications.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing complex technical projects.

• Strong analytical data skills.

• Familiarity with data privacy standards such as GDPR or ISO 27001.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching products in international markets or working with global user bases.

• Background in fast-growing startups or tech companies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
