Job description

We’re looking for a Product Manager with the passion and ability to turn technology into products that solve real problems for real people. You bring experience building traditional products, along with the ambition and vision to challenge established ways of working, embrace AI-driven approaches, and experiment in a startup environment to help people protect their loved ones and those around them.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on user needs and business goals.

• Work with AI and engineering teams to develop and launch AI-powered features, including on-device capabilities.

• Translate user problems into clear requirements and collaborate with design to deliver intuitive, reliable experiences.

• Define success metrics, evaluate model and product performance, and drive improvements through data and user feedback.

• Balance AI quality, privacy, performance, and cost to deliver meaningful value to consumers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and growing B2C products, with measurable results.

• Ability to translate user needs into product priorities and work closely with AI, engineering, and design teams.

• Familiarity with AI model development and deployment, including on-device models.

• Strong data and analytical skills, including an understanding of data pipelines, dataset quality, and model benchmarking, with the ability to interpret evaluation results and translate insights into model and product improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-powered consumer use cases is preferred.

• Experience with communication products or features, such as calls, SMS, and chat, is a plus.
