Marketing (Junior/Middle)

1. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Content & SEO to build and enhance our brand presence across digital channels (Website, LinkedIn, Email). This role is ideal for a full-stack execution marketer who wants to specialize in B2B content creation, search engine optimization, and lead generation.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Channels Execution (60%)

• Website & Blog: Plan, create, and manage high-quality industry content on the Website/Blog to build brand authority and drive lead conversions.

• Social Media (LinkedIn Focus): Conceptualize, write, and publish engaging content for the company's LinkedIn page to attract a B2B target audience.

• Email Marketing: Draft content and execute regular email marketing campaigns (Newsletters, Lead Nurturing).

Marketing Strategy & Optimization (20%)

• Perform keyword research and optimize On-page SEO for website articles.

• Monitor, analyze, and report keyword rankings and content performance using analytics tools

Visual Content & Collaboration (20%)

• Create basic visual assets for articles and posts using Canva or equivalent design tools.

• Collaborate with design/video teams (if available) or produce basic short-form media/videos for marketing campaigns.

Must have

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO, or Digital Marketing.

Core Skills:

• Strong B2B content thinking with clear, professional writing skills.

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in On-page SEO and keyword research.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and especially strong writing skills to work directly with English content).

• Basic Design: Proficient in Canva or basic image editing software to independently create post visuals.

• AI-Empowered Workflow: Ability to leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) to optimize research, ideation, and content velocity while maintaining high quality and human editorial control.

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT / IT Outsourcing / B2B SaaS industry.

• Familiarity with Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

• Basic video shooting/editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere
