- Inbound Content Production: Write, edit, and optimize engaging content for our core inbound channels, including blog posts, educational articles, and email newsletter workflows.
- Social Media Value-Add: Assist in building content calendars and draft platform-specific captions (LinkedIn, X) that position BioTuring as a thought leader. Use Canva to design clean, professional visuals and carousels.
- Content Repurposing: Review existing high-level materials (scientific decks, webinars, product recordings) and extract key takeaways to turn them into website copy, bite-sized social snippets, or email campaigns.
- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Assist in drafting targeted email nurture sequences for product updates and scientific insights, focusing on optimizing subject lines, CTAs, and layout engagement.
2. Sales Enablement & Inbound Operations (30%)
- Sales Enablement Materials: Help create and update physical and digital assets such as flyers, standees, backdrops, and simple one-pagers in collaboration with our Graphic Designer.
- Asset Adaptation: Adapt existing or revise current technical content into shorter, highly visual, and easily digestible formats tailored specifically for events and sales team usage.
- Resource Management: Assist with organizing, structuring, and maintaining a shared folder of up-to-date collateral to ensure the commercial team always has access to the latest marketing materials.
- Audience Segmentation: Support basic audience segmentation and list preparation under guidance to ensure our content maps directly to the right buyer personas.
- SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct desk research to identify topics, keywords, and questions that target personas (scientists, bioinformaticians) search for to guide our website and blog editorial roadmap.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze basic inbound performance metrics (website traffic, blog engagement, email open rates) using pre-defined templates to iterate and improve content strategies.
