The Marketplace team is one of Ahamove’s three Sale Owners. It manages and grows relationships with e-commerce platforms and strategic logistics partners. This role runs daily operations and delivers projects for Ahamove’s instant delivery (Pooling) services with TikTok Shop and Lazada. The goal is to meet SLAs, get the most out of capacity, and launch new services on time.
Job Description
Operations & Performance Management
Track and report daily KPIs for delivery services provided to e-commerce platforms and partners.
Resolve operational incidents and escalate to the right level when needed.
Work with logistics partners to handle warehouse and delivery issues.
Capacity & Cost Management
Run weekly forecasting and capacity planning, working with the Operations team to maximize capacity.
Reconcile penalties and compensation with partners every month.
Project & New Service Delivery
Review contract terms and plan new service launches with e-commerce platforms and partners.
Coordinate Ops, Tech and Finance through pilot and go-live.
Measure results after launch and propose improvements.
Write process documentation (SOPs) for each service.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations, e-commerce logistics, or operations project management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects (Ops, Tech, Finance) is a plus.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with hands-on forecasting and capacity analysis. SQL is a plus.
Solves problems calmly under pressure, prioritizes well, and knows when to escalate.
Communicates well with platform partners and follows through until the work is done.
