This is an ownership-first role focused on managing Ahamove’s Promotion and Subscription portfolio within budget to balance growth and cost via Test-and-Learn mechanics. Alongside your portfolio, you serve as the dedicated analytical partner for regional sales leads and provide data/execution support for Loyalty & Partnership programs owned by the business team. Across all areas, you drive workflow automation and provide key analytical and tracking support for business projects end-to-end.
1. Promotion Planning & Execution (30%)
Run and maintain the existing promotion portfolio: monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize mechanics, discount levels, and targeting through test-and-learn.
Plan and execute campaigns within the approved budget — mechanic, segment, channel, timing.
2. Performance Analytics & Region Support (20%)
Monitor regional performance, flag deviations early, and report to region leads and management.
Support sales owners and internal stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, data cards, and deep-dives.
Interpret large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities, and turn them into recommendations stakeholders can act on.
3. Subscription Ownership (15%)
Own the existing packages: track take-up, renewal, and churn, and optimize pricing, packaging, and targeting within budget.
Benchmark against competitors and market movement, and bring feature requests to Product with the demand evidence behind them.
4. Loyalty & Partnership Support (15%)
Execute and track the loyalty programs owned by the business team — referral, challenge, and ranking benefits — including setup, configuration, and abuse controls.
Analyze program performance, including the impact of ranking benefits on retention and order frequency, and recommend adjustments to the program owners.
Set up promotions and subscriptions requested by the Partnership team, and agree how each will be measured.
5. Automation, Bot Building & Maintenance (10%)
Build flows and bots for recurring work, and keep the existing ones running reliably.
Maintain self-serve dashboards so stakeholders can answer routine questions without you.
6. Project Ownership (10%)
Own a few additional projects end-to-end, such as Route Optimization, working with Product and Operations.
Provide reporting, tracking, and user analysis for business projects, including support for treatment flows.
Experience: 2-4 years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Growth Analyst, preferably in Logistics, E-commerce, Ride-hailing, or Tech platforms. Direct ownership of promotion, voucher, subscription, or loyalty programs is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, IT, or related.
Technical:
Advanced SQL — complex joins, CTEs, window functions; clean, efficient queries.
Cloud data warehouse (BigQuery preferred), advanced Excel / Sheets, and one BI tool (Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase).
Automation: Python, low-code tools (Make, n8n, Windmill), or bot/API integration.
Marketing automation platforms (CleverTap, Insider) for treatment flows — a plus.
Mindset:
Analytical and candid, including about your own programs when they underperform.
Persuasive and self-directed: you bring stakeholders to a decision, and you find the work worth doing before being asked.
Product sense: start from the real need, then check the solution fits how people actually work.
Reliable on internal requests — accurate and on time — and willing to reframe a request when the real question is different.
Domain: Promotion economics (ROI, incrementality, cannibalization), subscription and loyalty mechanics, cohort retention, churn, LTV, and core business KPIs. Logistics knowledge will be onboarded.
