Develop and maintain the data system (data-mart) supporting operational and business performance reporting as well as policy tracking.
Build dashboards and automate data pipelines for periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring systems run stably and accurately.
Conduct analyses and evaluations to identify issues and root causes, propose solutions to operational problems, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement them.
Support and directly execute departmental projects (miniHub, Grocery, etc.), including preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports and statistics, and contributing to the development and rollout of project plans on schedule and in line with set targets.
Maintain and enhance existing automation systems, and build new automated workflows to meet day-to-day operational needs.
Pioneer the application of AI in daily work to improve productivity and efficiency.
Standardize and document reporting systems, data-marts, analytical/testing logic, and dashboard user guides.
Set up a knowledge management system (folder structure, checklists, internal wiki) with clear version control, and collaborate on training and cross-functional knowledge sharing to ensure continuity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or e-commerce, with a track record of contributing to projects that delivered clear results.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. SQL proficiency is mandatory.
Strong logical thinking, with the ability to perform descriptive data analysis and identify issues.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility in data validation and incentive payout processes.
Proactive learner who quickly adopts new technologies (especially AI) and has a growth mindset.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
