Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s business processes and requirements.
- Assist the Product Owner in defining requirements, suggesting ideas, creating detailed business analyses, and identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Plan, estimate, and report on work activities.
- Create Business Requirement Specifications, UC lists and details, User Stories, and wireframes for complex UCs (when needed).
- Work with the development team to verify that all requirements are fulfilled, maintaining traceability between requirements and implementation.
- Support UAT by testing and verifying bugs/issues with clients.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, clarifying requirements from both business and system perspectives and facilitating smooth communication among internal team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst experience in web application projects
- Familiar with software development for web and mobile applications
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; able to analyze and resolve issues quickly
- Self-motivated and able to stay focused amid distractions
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment with a strong teamwork spirit
- Experienced in working with customer requirements and able to evaluate, accept, or reject them constructively
Preferred Skills
- Specific business domain knowledge (e-commerce, fitness, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles.
