TrustVision is evolving from standalone identity, fraud, and credit products into a unified, API-first decisioning platform for global banking and fintech — bringing eKYC, Face Authentication, Behavioral Biometrics, and Credit Scoring into one ecosystem that helps financial institutions scale safely and intelligently.
How You'll Make an Impact
You'll help architect the core of TrustVision — the platform and console our clients' teams operate directly. You'll co-own API/backend design with engineering, build the rules engine and case-management tools fraud analysts use daily, and bring a risk-first mindset plus practical AI automation to make TrustVision the platform of choice for financial decisioning.
What You Will Do
- Own the roadmap and execution for TrustVision Platform & Decisioning Systems — eKYC, Face Authentication, Behavioral Biometrics, and Vision Credit Scoring
- Define how modules, APIs, workflows, rules, users, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs work together as one platform
- Partner with banks, fintechs, sales, solution, implementation, engineering, and data science teams to uncover real client workflows, pain points, and opportunities
- Translate identity verification, authentication, fraud, transaction monitoring, and credit decisioning workflows into API behavior, configuration logic, rules, thresholds, reason codes, and success metrics
- Design case management capabilities: review queues, case statuses, investigation workflows, reviewer actions, escalation, notes, and audit trails
- Identify repetitive workflows across product, implementation, sales, customer success, and risk operations, then design AI-assisted automation to improve speed and scalability
- Own PRDs, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, prototypes, release and rollout plans, and post-launch analysis
- Reduce bespoke implementation and shorten time-to-launch, improving operational efficiency and adoption across TrustVision products
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform-oriented or B2B software products in the fintech/banking/risk/security domain (Associate-level candidates with strong technical and AI capability also considered).
- Technical background (degree or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; strong ability to define platform behavior across APIs, workflows, rules, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs.
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate workflows and prototype AI-assisted or agentic solutions; hands-on prototyping, human-in-the-loop design, and quality judgment expected.
Preferred
- Experience in at least one of the following areas - eKYC, identity verification, face authentication, liveness detection, behavioral biometrics, fraud risk/management, transaction monitoring, payment risk/authentication, AML, credit risk/scoring, or risk decisioning.
