Role Description

The Collaboration Services Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and reliability of the bank’s collaboration platforms and tools (such as email, messaging, video conferencing, and document-sharing systems). This role ensures high availability, security, and user experience of collaboration services by coordinating incident management, monitoring system health, and optimizing configurations in line with business requirements. The manager works closely with IT, security, and business units to plan upgrades, manage vendor relationships, support rollouts, and drive adoption of collaboration solutions across the organization. Responsibilities include establishing operational procedures, maintaining documentation, tracking service metrics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives for collaboration technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vietnam.

What we are looking for

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Microsoft Ecosystem, or Cloud Operations will also be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Collaboration Services, Infrastructure Operations, or Cloud Operations environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams or managing large-scale IT operations.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise environments with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/Hybrid, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Endpoint Management solutions.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
