Brand Communications Intern, Business Operations

About the role Join the Brand Communications team at VNG and gain hands-on experience in employer branding, social media content creation, and project communications. You will contribute to Life at VNG’s content, support talent engagement initiatives, and help bring VNG’s people, culture, and key stories to life.

Key Responsibilities 1/ Employer Branding Content & Social Media Support content ideation and production for Life at VNG’s social media channels, including copywriting, visual asset coordination, and short-form video editing.

Support communications for employer branding and early-career recruitment programs, including Fresher programs, hackathons, and other talent engagement initiatives.

Support the Brand Communications team in communicating VNG’s key projects or corporate milestones across relevant channels.

Research employer branding trends and propose creative content ideas to engage young talent.

2/ Team Coordination & Project Support Provide operational support for content production, project execution, and communications activities.

Support other Brand Communications tasks and projects as needed.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of communications materials and activities.

Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Interested in brand communications, employer branding, social media, and the technology industry.

Strong Vietnamese writing skills; English proficiency is a plus.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
