in the field of Cybersecurity, responsible for the comprehensive deployment, monitoring, and operation of security systems, while ensuring information safety across the entire digital and technological ecosystem of the Group. As Vingroup’s “digital shield”, VinSOC continuously updates, researches, and analyzes the latest cyberattack trends; tests and applies cutting\-edge technologies to enhance its defense capabilities, enabling rapid and precise incident detection and response. In addition, VinSOC focuses on developing AI\-powered security solutions to optimize monitoring efficiency and automate cybersecurity operations—contributing to the creation of a safe, sustainable, and trend\-leading technology environment in the digital age.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• ***AI Security Strategy:***

Define and lead the enterprise strategy for Security for AI and AI for Security, aligned with cybersecurity priorities and business objectives.

• ***AI Security Architecture:***

Set architectural direction and security principles across the AI/ML lifecycle, including secure\-by\-design, model isolation, access control, and data protection.

• ***Governance, Risk \& Compliance:***

Establish AI governance and risk frameworks; ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, Vietnamese cybersecurity and data privacy regulations, and standards including ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, and NIST AI RMF.

• ***AI Threat \& Model Defense:***

Lead AI threat modeling based on MITRE ATLAS and OWASP AI/LLM Top 10; define controls against data poisoning, adversarial attacks, prompt injection, model extraction, and AI supply\-chain risks.

• ***Cross\-functional Leadership:***

Drive collaboration across AI, Security, Data, and Operations, partnering with executive leadership, Legal, Risk, and Audit to embed AI security across the organization.

• ***Portfolio \& Investment Management:***

Own the AI Security project portfolio, including roadmap, budget, resource prioritization, delivery, and investment effectiveness.

• ***Security Monitoring \& Incident Response:***

Define security monitoring for AI pipelines and inference infrastructure; establish SOC/IR integration and lead response to critical AI security incidents.

• ***Team \& Capability Building:***

Build and lead the AI Security team; develop security awareness and secure ML development practices across AI/ML teams.

• ***Executive Advisory:***

Advise senior leadership on AI security risks, trends, and opportunities; provide regular reporting on AI risk exposure and compliance posture.

**Requirements**

• 10\+ years in cybersecurity, including 3\+ years in AI/ML Security and 5\+ years in leadership roles.
• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related fields; business background is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise security strategies and translating business risks into actionable AI Security roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in ML/DL, LLM/GenAI, MLOps, AI security, and solid knowledge of software, systems, network, and cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, Vietnamese regulations, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, OWASP AI Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Strong leadership, portfolio/budget management, cross\-functional collaboration, and executive communication skills.
• CISSP, CISM, CCISO, ISO 27001/42001 certifications are preferred.
• Fluent English for technical, legal, and international collaboration.
