**What you will do:**

• Support end\-to\-end recruitment for IT \& Cybersecurity positions, covering both local and international candidates.
• Proactively

**source and hunt international talent**

through LinkedIn, Boolean/X\-ray Search, global job platforms, and talent communities.

• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support

**onboarding procedures for both local and foreign hires**

, including required documents and coordination with relevant teams.

• Assist with HR operations related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Support employer branding activities, internship programs, and talent community development.

**We are looking for candidates who:**

• Fresh graduates or final\-year students majoring in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience or strong interest in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment/ Headhunter, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity.
• Good sourcing and hunting skills using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X\-ray Search, and recruitment platforms.
• Good English communication skills, with confidence in approaching and screening foreign candidates.
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced hiring environment.
