Responsibilities:
Design the hardware architecture for robotic products (mobile robots, industrial robots, cobots, etc.)
Propose and manage department assets, tools, and equipment
Proficiently use project management systems such as Codebeamer, Jira, TMS, etc.
Ensure design activities are completed according to project timelines
Review and evaluate system schematic designs based on product specifications, design requirements, and architecture
Analyze and provide solutions for product-related issues
Design architecture and solutions for power circuits and motor drivers/servo drives for robot actuation systems
Evaluate and troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues in products
Research and assess applicable standards for robotic product development
Ensure effective collaboration and task support within the team
Develop technical documentation and guidelines in accordance with departmental standards
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Comply with all company policies and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience, especially in power electronics design, motor drivers, or motion control systems for robotics
Strong knowledge of system analysis tools (FTA, DFMEA, 8D reports)
Familiar with ASPICE, V-Model development processes, and ISO 26262 (or ISO 13849 / IEC 62061 for functional safety in robotics, if applicable)
Good understanding of power electronics, high-frequency magnetic design, EMI/EMC, and electrical/electronic architecture for robots (sensors, actuators, motor drivers, battery/BMS systems)
Knowledge of standards applicable to industrial/mobile robots (ISO 10218, ISO 13482, IEC 61800, and other relevant robot safety standards)
Proficient in design tools (EA, Cadence, Psim, Matlab) and MS Office
Strong communication (English), teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible, and passionate about the work
