and are looking for a
**CAD Drafter**
to join our growing team and help deliver high\-quality projects to our clients
**Job Description**
Working as part of a growing team and reporting to the Principal Surveyor or Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with CAD Drafters, Administrators, and Water Hygiene Surveyors across a wide range of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate 2D NanoCAD/AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans and water system schematics, based on survey information and hand\-drawn sketches. The role will also involve providing CAD drafting support to other engineering disciplines within the business as required
**Qualifications**
- High level of competency and experience using NanoCAD/AutoCAD.
- Experience with the production of 2D drawings.
- Knowledge of the latest industry standards relating to Water Hygiene surveys.
- Ability to interpret sketches, mark\-ups and technical documents.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to check drawings put together by the surveyors.
- Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on delivery and meeting delivery schedules.
- Self\-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.
**Preferred**
- Experience with plumbing or water supply/drainage drawings.
- Familiarity with Legionella Risk Assessments or Water Hygiene projects is an advantage (training will be provided).
