We're looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Services team at Niteco. This is a hands-on role for someone two to four years into SEO who wants global brands on their CV. You will run SEO and AI-search work for a portfolio of clients and act as their go-to expert. The internal team is behind you whenever a challenge needs more depth. 

You will also use AI tools every day to work faster. We treat that as part of the job, not a shortcut. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Client Communication: Lead client communication on SEO strategy, performance and opportunities. Explain what the data shows, what you changed, and why it matters to the client's business. You are the expert in the client's eyes, and you can pull in the internal team whenever a challenge calls for it.
• Reporting: Build and present regular SEO performance reports in GA4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio. Turn the numbers into a short list of what to do next.
• SEO and GEO Execution: Run in-depth site audits across technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO, plus Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You need a good working understanding of crawling and indexing, and of how AI answer engines read a site. Write the fixes up clearly and work with developers until they ship, with support on the harder technical calls.
• Campaign Delivery: Plan and run SEO campaigns on your accounts, including keyword research and query fanout, content planning and competitor analysis. Keep them moving to deadline.
• AI Search: Keep up with how AI is changing search, including Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Bring what you learn back into your accounts.
• Working with AI Tools: Use AI assistants to speed up the repeatable parts of the job. That means initially evaluating crawl and audit data, drafting meta titles and descriptions at scale, generating schema markup, summarizing competitor content, and writing first-draft content briefs. You check and correct every output before it reaches a client. AI sets the pace; you keep the standard.
• Performance: Drive and report the KPIs on your accounts: organic traffic, AI visibility, conversions, rankings and brand share of voice. You are accountable for moving them, not just watching them. Flag it early when a number moves the wrong way. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience. Agency or client-facing work is a plus.
• Communication: Confident written and spoken English. You can explain a technical SEO problem to someone who is not technical.
• SEO Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO, plus current GEO best practices. Search changes fast, so we look for someone who updates their own knowledge by habit. You will have the team and our training support to build depth.
• Tools: Comfortable in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio. Hands-on with Screaming Frog and at least one of SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.
• AI Tools: You already use AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini in your daily work. You can show us how they made a specific task faster or better, and you know where their output needs checking.
• Results: Examples of pages, sites or campaigns where your work improved rankings, traffic or conversions.
• Mindset: Analytical and curious, careful with detail, and comfortable challenging what the data seems to say. Collaborative with developers and content people, and able to run your own tasks to deadline.
• Nice to have: Experience with Search Ads or PPC campaigns.
