**About the Job**

FinX aims to build a digital financial product that will deliver on the promise of simplicity, technological advancement, and superior customer products \& services for millions of people in Vietnam.

As a HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring talent for technology and business functions. You will work closely with the HR team to identify potential candidates, coordinate interviews, support candidate communication, and maintain recruitment data while developing your understanding of the fintech and technology talent market.

**Responsibilities**

• Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Assist with CV screening, initial phone screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate data and support recruitment reports and documentation.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing internal activities such as book clubs, learning sessions, and other HR initiatives.
• Support basic HR data reporting and participate in other HR projects as assigned.

**Qualification and Requirements**

• Current university student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Available to work full\-time for 6 months.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, basic formulas) and Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides) is essential.

**Nice to have**

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR\-related activities is a plus.
• English communication skills are a plus.
• Data\-driven mindset and basic data analysis skills are a plus.
