- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
- At least 1 years of experience in software testing with real-world project involvement.
- Solid understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.
- Strong ability to work independently and in teams, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Web and Mobile App testing, including API testing tools.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing is a plus.
- ISTQB or relevant testing certifications are an advantage.
