[HCM] Security Engineer

-       Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

-       Experience in security or a related role.

-       Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security.

-       Experience with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools.

-       Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.) and encryption technologies.

-       Hands-on experience in incident response and threat analysis.

-       Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, or equivalent are a plus.

-       Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
