AI Engineer

We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Data Science and AI (DSAI) team in revolutionizing stock trading and investment for Vietnamese individuals. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Ensa - our AI-powered Virtual Investment Assistant.

Ensa aims to become a trusted investment companion that helps investors understand markets, discover opportunities, and make better decisions. Your focus will be on building next-generation AI capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Systems, and Agent Harness Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agent systems that can perform investment research, analyze market information, and support personalized investor experiences.
• Design and develop agent harnesses, including tool integration, agent workflows, memory, planning, evaluation loops, and orchestration mechanisms to enable reliable autonomous AI systems.
• Develop and maintain financial knowledge hubs for RAG, enabling Ensa to access, reason over, and deliver high-quality investment insights.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, including knowledge ingestion, retrieval, context engineering, and evaluation.
• Research and develop algorithms for personalization, investment recommendations, and investor behavior understanding.
• Build AI systems in production, including data pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Agentic AI, LLM applications, NLP, and quantitative finance.
• Effectively leverage modern AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools to accelerate development and research.

 

• Strong problem-solving skills with a product mindset (mandatory).

• Experience building applications with LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents. Understanding of Agent Harness Engineering, including designing reliable agent workflows, tool usage, memory, feedback loops, and evaluation frameworks.

• Experience developing knowledge-based AI systems or recommendation systems is highly advantageous.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or modern ML frameworks. Experience effectively using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in daily development workflows.
