About the Role

CoderPush is looking for Product Owners / Business Analysts to join our team in Hanoi and contribute to the development and delivery of digital products.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, manage priorities, and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives. We are looking for proactive individuals with strong analytical skills, a product mindset, and the ability to take ownership throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and product backlog items for the delivery team.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog; work closely with Business, BA, Development, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Monitor delivery progress, clarify issues, and support product acceptance.

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and user experience for digital products.

• Coordinate UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

• Banking domain experience is preferred.

• Experience with credit, guarantees, or international payment products is highly preferred.

• Strong business analysis, stakeholder communication, and requirement management skills.

• Product mindset, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

• Commitment to information security, data confidentiality, and compliance with ISO 27001-aligned policies and procedures.
