Our work moves at two different speeds, which keeps things exciting: we find very specific, niche engineers for our international clients, and we also handle fast-paced, higher-volume hiring for local Vietnamese enterprises like banks, securities firms, and large corporations. 

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist who takes ownership of their roles, enjoys solving hiring challenges, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, clients, and the wider team to deliver a smooth and effective recruitment process

What are we looking for: 

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related role.

• Strong ownership mindset: takes full responsibility for assigned roles and drives hiring progress proactively.

• High sense of urgency, with the ability to respond quickly and keep recruitment processes moving.

• Comfortable working onsite or in a hybrid setup in Hanoi.

• Able to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding handover.

• Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.

• Proactive in sourcing candidates through job boards, social channels, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to work closely with hiring managers and candidates.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.

• Positive, resilient, and solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiar with ATS platforms, with hands-on experience using an ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.

• Compliance with CoderPush’s information security, data protection, and confidentiality policies, including ISO 27001-aligned practices and internal security requirements.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience recruiting for roles relevant to our business or industry.

• An existing candidate network within the banking domain.

• Experience in employer branding, referral programs, or recruitment events.

• Good English communication skills.
