Key Responsibilities

• B2C Fulfillment & SLA Management

Monitor daily fulfillment performance and ensure SLA compliance.

Identify and resolve risks (OOS, backlog, delayed orders).

Coordinate with warehouse teams to prioritize and optimize order processing

• Forecasting & Capacity Planning. 

Prepare monthly and weekly outbound forecasts based on campaign plans and historical data. 
Work closely with warehouse teams to align capacity and manpower

• 3PL & Platform Coordination.

Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery

Monitor delivery performance and resolve delays or failures.

Escalate issues to platforms and manage operational tickets. 

• Offline Order Management

Manage non-platform orders (replacement, sampling, giveaway, etc.)

Ensure accurate order creation and execution in WMS

Track and reconcile offline orders to ensure data integrity

• B2B Order Management & Execution

Order Planning & Routing

Coordinate order allocation with transportation partners

Manage order assignment and execution with logistics providers

Position Specific Skills

• 1+ years of experience in eCommerce Operations, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain Strong experience in outbound operations, SLA management, and logistics coordination
• Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Warehouse, 3PL, Commercial, CS, Platform)
• Experience in handling high-volume operations, especially during campaigns Strong ownership and ability to act quickly under pressure 
• English: Intermediate Level
