KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aftersales Service, Operations & Process Development
- Support the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of aftersales service policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Assist in documenting service frameworks covering warranty, maintenance, customer inquiries, and complaint resolution.
- Conduct research, benchmark industry best practices, and consolidate insights to support service operational enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Coordination
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Engineering/R&D, Production, Supply Chain, PMO, Sales, and Finance, to facilitate effective operational coordination.
- Consolidate stakeholder inputs, monitor action items, and follow up on deliverables to support timely execution of assigned initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating internal discussions, preparing meeting documentation, and tracking implementation progress.
Operational Administration & System Management
- Maintain accurate and well-organized operational records, service documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Support data entry, validation, and maintenance across internal systems and operational tracking platforms.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, consolidating data, and managing routine administrative activities.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Support the assessment of existing workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the standardization of operational procedures, documentation templates, and internal coordination mechanisms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential Qualifications
- Fresh/Recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of accountability, and willingness to learn in a dynamic working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic exposure or previous internship experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Aftersales, or Business Operations.
- Familiarity with process documentation, workflow management, or operational reporting.
