**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Job Purpose:**
- Lead the Scrum team in applying Agile methodology and Scrum practices to deliver projects effectively.
- Support the Product Owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction.
- Remove impediments, guide the team in self\-organization, and foster continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
- Resolve conflicts, address issues, and ensure the team’s growth and success.
- Maintain oversight of all projects managed across the organization, providing regular reports to the Head of IT.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all team members, ensuring efficient performance and effective collaboration.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring proper financial control and accountability to project sponsors.
- Deliver major IT projects successfully within defined timelines and objectives.
- Provide timely and relevant reporting on project progress and key milestones.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and cross\-project conflicts, and negotiate resolutions effectively.
- Ensure that projects are well\-planned, clearly communicated, and progress smoothly throughout their lifecycle.
- Drive business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 4\+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in IT or technical environments.
- Proven expertise in team management, staff development, financial control, and vendor management.
**Skills and Knowledge:**
- Strong knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar methodologies; experience leading Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Jira.
