The Opportunity
We are hiring a Logistics Intern to join our Logistics team and support local import and export operations within a business. Reporting directly to the Logistics Team Lead , you will gain valuable hands-on experience in transportation, customs processes, shipment coordination, inventory management, and logistics administration while working closely with internal teams and external logistics partners.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support import and export activities by preparing shipping documentation and coordinating with carriers.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to ensure smooth delivery and operational continuity.
Assist with the administrative processing and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Monitor stock movements and help reconcile discrepancies between logistics and inventory management systems.
Support customs-related activities, including documentation and the management of duties and taxes.
Create and maintain transport orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with logistics requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide support for additional logistics and supply chain activities as required.
Your Background
Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to develop a career in logistics and supply chain management.
