Thành thạo Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, có kinh nghiệm thực tế SAP FICO hoặc hệ thống tương đương

Cung cấp phân tích tài chính, insight và khuyến nghị hành động cho lãnh đạo nghiệp vụ
Dẫn dắt ngân sách, dự báo và kế hoạch tài chính cho các chức năng corporate
Theo dõi chi phí chức năng, phân tích xu hướng/chênh lệch, tìm cơ hội tối ưu chi phí
Quản lý chốt sổ cuối kỳ: accruals, provisions, phân bổ chi phí, recharge liên công ty

The Opportunity:
Join us as a Finance Business Partner & Controller, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, transparency, and informed business decision-making across corporate functions. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, challenge cost development, optimize resource allocation, and ensure strong financial governance within a dynamic multinational environment.The
How you will make a impact:
Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for corporate functions, ensuring accuracy and forecast reliability.
Monitor functional costs, analyze trends and variances, and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost optimization.
Deliver transparent management reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis to support business objectives.
Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, cost allocations, and intercompany recharge processes.
Ensure corporate and functional costs are accurately assigned across cost centers, profit centers, legal entities, and reporting structures.
Oversee capital expenditure tracking, real estate budgeting, management fees, and intercompany reconciliations.
Strengthen financial governance by maintaining compliance with IFRS, local accounting regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and Hitachi Energy’s values of safety and integrity.
Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Accounting, or a similar finance role, preferably within a multinational matrix organization.
Solid knowledge of IFRS, Vietnamese Accounting Standards, financial controls, account reconciliations, and audit processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and hands-on experience with SAP FICO or equivalent financial systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with a proactive, analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
