The EB Specialist is responsible for building

and executing GreenNode's employer branding strategy, ensuring the employer

image stays consistent with the corporate brand and appeals to talent in the

technology and AI space.

1. Employer Branding

Strategy and Content (70%) Develop and execute the Employer

Branding strategy for GreenNode, aligned with the Sovereign AI Cloud

positioning and company culture.

Plan content and produce articles,

images, and videos showcasing the work environment, team culture, and employee

stories.

Manage employer branding communication

channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring consistent posting frequency

and high content quality.

EB Activities and Events Collaborate with the HR department to

organize EB, EE (Employee Engagement), and IC (Internal Communications)

activities: team building, business trips, townhalls, and internal

communications targeted at engineers, sales teams, senior management, and

cross-functional teams.

Support sponsorship programs and

co-organize hackathons and tech events to engage with young candidates and tech

talents Develop recruitment publications and

materials: event booths, JD templates, and company profiles, ensuring

consistency with GreenNode's brand identity.

Propose participation in awards and

activities to enhance the employer brand, supporting HR's candidate outreach

KPIs.

Measurement and Optimization Track and report on the effectiveness of

EB campaigns: employer brand awareness, and the quantity and quality of

candidates reached Research and propose participation in

employer branding rankings and awards relevant to the tech industry.

Ensure employer branding messages are

consistent with the overall corporate brand message.

1. Cross-functional Branding

Activities (30%) · Collaborate with branding staff to

execute brand communication activities on GreenNode's existing media channels:

LinkedIn, Facebook, and the Website.

• Support the Brand Manager with execution

tasks: writing PR articles, speaker talk content, and project communications.

• Perform other tasks as requested by the

Brand Manager.

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field.

•

At least 2 years

of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing or Communications, ideally within

the technology sector.

•

Strong writing

skills and brand storytelling instincts, with the ability to turn technical

content into approachable messaging.

•

Hands on

experience running social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and TikTok.

•

Experienced in

building communities from scratch and manage positive sentiment.

•

Solid event

organization and project management skills, comfortable coordinating across

multiple teams.

•

Good English

proficiency for reading materials and daily work communication.
