**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled
**Senior DevOps / DevSecOps / MLOps Engineer**
to build and operate cloud infrastructure, automate software delivery, and support AI/ML platforms on AWS.
The role focuses on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, security, and machine learning operations. Experience with large\-scale distributed systems, AI platforms, or high\-availability production environments is considered a strong advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS (later on cloud provider in Vietnam such as Viettel, CMC).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software and AI applications.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using modern observability tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secret management, and security automation.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of machine learning models.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and versioning.
- Optimize system reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Software, AI, and Platform teams to improve engineering productivity.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 4\+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Route53\).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash and/or Python).
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, image scanning, secret management).
- Familiarity with AWS security services, IAM, KMS, and AWS Secrets Manager.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Airflow.
- Experience deploying AI/ML models on Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GPU workloads and AI infrastructure.
- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, DNS, TLS/SSL, and cloud security best practices.
- AWS Professional or Associate certifications are a plus.
