QC Expert – Core AI Systems (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a QC Expert – Core AI Systems to take ownership of quality assurance at a deep technical level for a fast-evolving **AI Security platform**. This is not a traditional Tester role — it’s a hands-on, system-level leadership position focused on ensuring reliability, correctness, and resilience in a continuously changing environment powered by AI.

At VinSOC, you will work at the core of cybersecurity innovation, building and validating systems that protect large-scale digital ecosystems**.**

**What You Will Do**

• Lead End-to-End (E2E) testing across complex, distributed, multi-service systems
• Actively participate in testing critical system flows and define testing strategies for new features or major changes
• Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, especially cross-service/system-level issues
• Collaborate closely with Engineering & AI teams to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Validate the behavior, consistency, and output of AI-driven systems, including detecting anomalies, regressions, and unexpected results
• Apply AI tools (Vibe Coding) to accelerate testing, log analysis, and system investigation
• Define best practices and elevate the team’s capability in system-level quality assurance

**What We Are Looking** For

• 7+ years of experience **in QA/QC for complex systems, distributed systems, or data-intensive platforms**
• Strong hands-on experience **in End-to-End testing & production incident investigation.**
• Solid coding skills in Python (or equivalent) for scripting, simulation, and validation.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and system verification.
• Deep understanding of API integration, client-server architecture, and system workflows.
• Experience in test automation, system reliability, and AI-assisted testing workflows.
• Ability to work deeply with logs, operational data, and real system behaviors.

**Mindset That Wins** Here

• Strong system thinking: able to see the full picture, not just individual components.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments where requirements and product specifications evolve rapidly.
• Data-driven, analytical, and proactive in identifying risks to system stability.
• High ownership, resilient under pressure, and capable of handling tight deadlines.
• Curious and willing to continuously learn in AI/ML and Cybersecurity domains.

**Why You Should Join**

• Work on cutting-edge AI Security & Cybersecurity systems at scale.
• Shape how quality is defined in AI-driven platforms.
• Grow into a Technical Leader / Quality Architect.
