In this role, you will be instrumental in the Vehicle Performance Center, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation. Own the delivery tasks of IVMC System Integration and Calibration from starting design to EP and SOP Level. Be in Chassis design directions involved and suggest improvements. Lead your team efficient and motivated in result orientated achievements. Supplier Interface Communication Lead and Support with Director Understand culture and communication behavior to solve and drive critical complex technical issues with different suppliers and engineering services. We need challenging ‘State of the Art” performance achievements in subsystems and subsystems interface decisions and communications to improve and lead the market with new driver benefits. Communicate internally with Hardware and Quality departments to achieve our goals in Performance, Non- Performance, Synchronization of Sensors and gaining Functional supplement behavior of IVMC. Support Hardware teams in further improvements to enhance cost| functionality and safety of all activated chassis control systems and interface to HMI (Driver interface). Minimize driver warning as much as we can via subsystems support in failsafe cases do avoid driver distractions. Evaluate system needs data like DMAIC – tools and control dynamics in all different possible maneuvers. Work closely with EDS (Electric Drivetrain Systems) departments in case of vehicle dynamics needs and set them targets to be achieved in delays and increase torque to be controlled. Integrate each system in an enhanced level- before we start to integrate and enhance interface systems issues. Interface with chassis and other vehicle functional teams to extent range and improve speed depending on wind resistance- also with aerodynamics teams. Develop vehicle dynamics detection methods based on existing inputs for improving and developing customer enhanced benefits in performance and safety in Heave, Roll and Ride handling and comfort. Requirements Bachelors or Masters Degree in Vehicle dynamics, Computer Science, Informatics. -Automotive related thesis preferred in Software development-quality structure. Experience in IVMC Integration min. 3 year| Experience in Tier 1 Chassis Control supplier development also demanded > 2 year 10+ years of experience in vehicle software performance development| debugging| tuning and integration for IVMC systems and solve complex control demands software related including- Nonperformance issues (safety, communication, hardware stability enhance), testing, or integration. Proven ability to lead technical teams and resolve complex cross-functional issues. Business acumen in vehicle dynamics acumen in software development needed Understand different culture and communicate in a sensitive direction to gain results Strong understanding of SW test methods, SW tools, and benefit implications. Excellent communication and program management skills.
