With respect to all your personal data shared to VinFast in the application and the entire recruitment process of VinFast, by clicking “Apply”, submitting your resumé/CV and/or participating in VinFast's recruitment process, you agree that you have read VinFast's Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") posted at https://vinfastauto.com/vn_vi/dieu-khoan-phap-ly or https://vinfast.vn/privacy-policy/, you agree to the Policy and consent for VinFast to process your personal data in accordance with the Policy and the applicable regulations on personal data protection Job responsibilities: - Provide expert consulting, regulatory guidance, and control frameworks regarding corporate tax compliance issues. - Lead and manage corporate defense and structural communications with tax authorities during formal tax audits and inspections. - Execute periodic corporate tax finalizations and manage statutory tax clearance procedures for merged, acquired, or liquidated corporate entities. - Research, evaluate, and provide impact assessments on newly enacted fiscal policies and tax regulations. - Partner with relevant operational business units to align intercompany transfer pricing mechanisms in strict compliance with global transfer pricing frameworks. - Control the consolidation of fiscal information, partner in modeling tax calculations, and ensure strict compliance with Global Minimum Tax (MNE Pillar 2) provisions. - Provide timely consulting and tax structuring advisory on go-to-market deployment frameworks and crossborder operational models across international jurisdictions. Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in taxation, auditing, accounting. - Strong understanding of accounting principles. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
