Our team consists of passionate professionals driven by a shared vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future through innovation, technology, and engineering excellence Position Overview We are looking for an experienced EBUS Interior Module Manager to lead the engineering development of interior modules for VINFAST electric bus programs. The successful candidate will take overall ownership of interior module development from concept and design feasibility through engineering development, validation, design release, and production readiness. This role requires strong technical expertise in automotive/commercial vehicle interiors, project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage global engineering stakeholders and suppliers. The Interior Module Manager will work closely with Engineering, Vehicle Architecture, Styling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Program Management, suppliers, and global project teams to ensure that interior modules meet VINFAST engineering requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and program timing. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and engineering release of EBUS interior modules from concept to production. Lead the Interior Engineering team to deliver high-quality products in line with VINFAST engineering requirements, project targets, and development timing. Take technical ownership of assigned interior modules, ensuring packaging, functionality, ergonomics, manufacturability, durability, and regulatory requirements are met. Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, technical problem solving, engineering changes, and design release activities. Coordinate closely with Vehicle Architecture, Styling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Electrical/Electronics, and other engineering functions to ensure vehicle-level integration. Lead technical discussions and manage engineering activities with global stakeholders, suppliers, and engineering partners. Support supplier development, prototype builds, validation, tooling, pilot builds, and production launch activities. Identify technical risks and drive timely resolution of design, quality, manufacturing, and integration issues. Ensure effective application of DFMA, cost optimization, weight optimization, material selection, and manufacturing considerations. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to Interior Engineers and ensure delivery of project milestones. Drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for future EBUS interior programs. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 13+ years of experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, bus, or related industries. Extensive experience in automotive interior design, development, and engineering release. Strong knowledge of automotive/commercial vehicle interior systems, materials, manufacturing processes, and vehicle packaging. Experience leading large-scale vehicle development programs and cross-functional engineering teams. Proficient in CATIA V5 or equivalent CAD software. Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. Experience working with global stakeholders and suppliers in a multicultural environment. Strong English communication skills. Experience in EV or EBUS development is highly preferred.
