We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee and strengthen the financial management of our Mobile App business.
Our products operate under an IAA (In-App Advertising) and IAP (In-App Purchase) business model. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and transparency across revenue streams, managing financial planning and reporting, and providing insights that support product and business decisions.
Oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of revenue recognition and reconciliation across multiple Mobile App revenue streams, including In-App Advertising (IAA) and In-App Purchases (IAP).
Reconcile revenue and financial data across internal systems, advertising platforms, payment platforms, and other relevant sources, ensuring discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.
Monitor settlement cycles, payment flows, and cash movements to ensure accurate and timely financial recording.
Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and processes to mitigate risks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with Management and relevant business stakeholders.
Deliver monthly management reporting, including financial performance analysis, key trends, risks, and actionable insights.
Analyze product and business profitability, including revenue, costs, user acquisition expenses, platform fees, and other operational expenses.
Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling, or related roles.
Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Vietnamese tax and statutory requirements.
Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reconciliations, and audit coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
Experience analyzing business performance, costs, and profitability.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial or accounting systems.
