• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Build responsive, maintainable user interfaces with ReactJS.
• Design schemas, write queries and aggregation pipelines, and tune performance on MongoDB.
• Take features from requirement clarification through implementation, testing, code review, and release.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with the client: stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Communicate directly with the client's technical team in English — raise questions, propose solutions, and flag risks early.
• Write unit and integration tests; review teammates' pull requests.
• Investigate and fix production defects; support root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior team members.

• 3–5 years of experience in software development with C# / .NET, including at least 2 years on ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Solid production experience with ReactJS (hooks, state management, component design) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB — schema design, indexing, aggregation framework.
• Strong English communication — able to join client calls, discuss requirements and technical trade-offs, and write clear updates without a translator. [Specify a bar if you screen for it: e.g. IELTS 6.0+ / equivalent working proficiency.]
• Good grasp of RESTful API design, authentication/authorization, and common security practices.
• Experience with Git and pull-request-based workflows.
• Understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Able to work independently on assigned features with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault).
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Docker and containerized deployments.
• Microservices or event-driven architecture (message queues, background workers).
• Relational database experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) alongside MongoDB.
• Experience in an ODC / outsourcing model with overseas clients.
• Domain exposure in [client domain — e.g. contact centre, fintech, SaaS].
