Job Description

We are looking for a

**Growth/Go\-To\-Market Specialist**

to join our

**Marketing team (Ha Noi based)**

and help us bring SmartDev's services and solutions to clearly defined target markets.

The role will focus primarily on ICP\-driven GTM campaigns and demand\-generation activities, working closely with SDR/BDM teams, Subject Matter Experts, and other internal and external stakeholders.

You will support Inbound activities where relevant, but the core of your role will be to understand who we want to reach, what problems they have, which SmartDev solution addresses those problems, and how we can build focused campaigns to engage them.

This is a hands\-on role with ownership of assigned campaigns and projects. We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, organised, and comfortable working with experts and different stakeholders in the company and group. Qualifications

• ICP \& GTM Campaigns
• Support the development and execution of GTM campaigns around specific ICPs, industries, business problems, and SmartDev solutions.
• Work with Sales/BDM, and Subject Matter Experts to understand target audiences and develop relevant campaign approaches.
• Translate SmartDev's technology capabilities into clear, business\-focused propositions and campaign messages.
• Coordinate campaign activities across relevant channels, including outbound, LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, and supporting content.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns from planning → coordination → execution → reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Outbound \& Sales/BDM Collaboration
• Work closely with the SDR/BDM team to support targeted outbound activities.
• Help develop outreach assets and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with Sales/BDM to ensure campaigns are aligned with target accounts, ICPs, and business priorities.
• Support the connection between marketing activities and sales opportunities.
• SME \& Expert\-Led Activities
• Work directly with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to bring technical expertise into GTM campaigns.
• Identify and develop opportunities for webinars, podcasts, expert interviews, and thought leadership that support specific campaigns or solutions.
• Coordinate with SMEs from topic development through some parts of execution and promotion.
• Turn expert discussions into relevant campaign and marketing assets with support from the wider Content team.
• Inbound Marketing Support
• Support the wider Marketing team with inbound activities related to specific GTM campaigns and ICPs.
• Work with the Content team to provide campaign direction, target audience insights, messaging, and SME input.
• Ensure campaign\-specific content is aligned with the relevant ICP, business problem, and solution.
• Tools \& AI\-Enabled Workflow
• Use relevant marketing, prospecting, campaign, and productivity tools to execute GTM activities effectively.
• Use AI tools for research, campaign preparation, content ideation, personalisation, and analysis.
• Continuously explore practical ways to make GTM execution faster and more effective.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Go\-To\-Market, Demand Generation, Campaign Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience working with global/international markets, preferably in technology, IT services, SaaS, AI, fintech, or consulting.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with CRM, prospecting, marketing automation, or campaign tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, or similar tools)
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Confident working directly with SMEs, Sales/BD teams, and other stakeholders.
• Proactive working style with the ability to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Ability to build and apply Claude Skills or similar LLM\-based workflow automations to improve marketing productivity and automate repetitive tasks

**Nice to Have**

• Experience in B2B technology / IT services.
• Experience supporting outbound or account\-based campaigns.
• Experience organising webinars, podcasts, events, or other expert\-led activities.
• Experience coordinating small projects or working groups.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies. Comfortable learning and using marketing and AI tools.
