We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead, Team Lead or Product Owner who understands the full software development life cycle and uses AI in every phase of it, from requirements and design to coding, testing and release. We’re especially interested in people who came from these roles at outsourcing/software services companies – where you built both real technical depth and strong client communication skills, and are used to owning outcomes with international stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain scalable, production-grade software using OOP languages and frameworks. Strong experience in at least one backend ecosystem, such as C#/.NET, Java, Node.js/TypeScript, or PHP.
- Own the end-to-end delivery cycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, CI/CD, deployment and production support.
- Use AI in every phase. AI coding agents, LLMs and agentic workflows are your main tools, not an add-on.
- Own technical quality. You do not have to write every line of code yourself, but you are accountable for architecture, security, code review and the stability of what AI helps produce.
- Own the bridge between business and technical execution: work directly with stakeholders and product owners to turn business needs into technical decisions and roadmaps. You understand the product, not just the code.

Technical skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong, proven experience with OOP languages and frameworks (C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, and related technologies).
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, PM, or Product Owner, having owned real software deliveries end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and what each phase needs to go well.
- Hands-on, daily use of modern AI development tools (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, agent frameworks) to build real software, well beyond basic chat and prompting.
- For each phase of the life cycle, you can explain how you use AI today and where AI still falls short. You will be asked for concrete examples in the interview.
- Strong fundamentals in software architecture, design patterns, APIs and engineering best practices, enough to review and be accountable for what AI produces even if you’re not coding daily yourself.
- Comfortable owning the bridge between business/stakeholder needs and technical implementation, from real experience working directly with stakeholders, clients or product owners.
- Ownership mindset.
Communication
- Fluent, professional English – written and spoken.
- Able to articulate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable collaborating with an international, global team culture.

- Background in Agile / Scrum development environments.
