About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to help grow our US headhunting business by acquiring new client accounts and supporting recruitment delivery for our partners. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and building long-term relationships with US companies. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry for the US market. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B leads in the US through online channels, social platforms, and existing databases to establish strategic partnerships.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Support business growth through effective account handling, relationship management, and service delivery.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and hiring managers within target industries.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to align client needs with candidate sourcing strategies, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects and client interactions within our CRM system to track performance and growth metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Recruitment, HR, or HR Tech sales within the US market.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Stakeholder Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including exception and escalation management.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and other social media platforms for prospecting is a plus.
• Prior experience in recruitment services, headhunting, or staffing is an added advantage.
