Job Description & Summary

As an Accounting Services Manager, you will be involved in developing accounting solutions and providing comprehensive and effective compliance and advisory services to our top-tier corporate clients across a diverse range of industries and around the region. PwC Vietnam provides a full range of accounting services to our clients.

We are looking for a candidate to join our Outsourcing Services team as an Accounting Services Manager in Ho Chi Minh office.

Job Description:

• Review of accounting records, general ledgers, trial balance, monthly or quarterly balance sheet, income statement undertaken by juniors.
• Prepare/review of annual statutory financial statements based on Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) or customise the group reports/IFRS to VAS financial statements
• Set up payment, invoicing process for clients
• Dealing with external auditors
• Provide accounting advisory and compliance services both in verbally and written manners;
• Maintain relationships and be confident in interacting with clients, auditors, relevant authorities;
• Manage, develop, train, and mentor junior staff;
• Standardise efficient accounting protocols and procedures
• Adhere to our risk management and independence policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law; post-graduate qualifications highly regarded;
• Good spoken and written English skills;
• Strong business and technical knowledge with at least 5 to 6 years' experience in accounting service provision field;
• Proactive, focused and with good relationship building skills, being a self-starter capable of working independently whilst being part of a team and generating results;
• Strong project management skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Having Chief Accountant Certificate

Experience in tax compliance, tax advisory is a plus
