Data & AI Automation Intern (Customer Care Center)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a tech-savvy Intern to act as a bridge between the Customer Care Center (CCC) and Product/IT teams. This role focuses on applying AI solutions, workflow automation, and building internal tools to enhance operational efficiency, improve SLA performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI & Workflow Automation

• Assist in building and optimizing automated workflows for CCC using tools such as n8n, AI, and chatbots
• Apply AI/chatbot solutions to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency

2. Data & Dashboard

• Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources (CRM, Customer Service, Sales)
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards (SLA, ticket volume, CSAT, productivity metrics)

3. CRM & Internal Tools

• Support CRM workflow optimization and enhancements
• Design and develop simple internal tools (dashboards, monitoring tools, mini CRM systems)
• Create wireframes or prototypes using tools like Figma

4. Business - Tech Coordination

• Translate business requirements from CCC into data logic, workflows, and functional specifications
• Coordinate with Product/IT teams during implementation, testing, and optimization

• 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in IT, Data, Business, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of data handling (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n) or willingness to learn
• Interest in AI, chatbots, and automation technologies
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, able to work with both business and technical teams
• English: Intermediate (reading and basic communication)
